ProjectX is proudly conducted by Mohamed Sathak AJ College of Engineering, bringing together the brightest young minds from across the nation.

This hackathon is open to all college students who are passionate about technology and eager to make a difference. Our core focus areas include Innovation, Technology, and Real-world problem solving, encouraging participants to develop solutions that address pressing societal challenges.

Experience 24 hours of non-stop development, fostering intense creativity and collaboration. This is a unique opportunity for networking with mentors and judges from leading industries, gaining invaluable insights and connections.

Finally, participants will have the chance to showcase their innovative ideas to industry experts, receiving feedback that can propel their projects forward and potentially turn them into real-world ventures.

  • PPT Submission: Explain your problem, solution, and tech stack.
  • Project Demo Video Submission: Showcase your idea in action.

Step 3: Shortlisting Announcement

The moment of truth – find out if you made it to the finals!

Step 4: Final Round – Offline Hackathon (On Campus)

  • 24 Hours Development: Bring your ideas to life under pressure.
  • Live Project Evaluation: Present your solution to expert judges.
  • Final Presentation: Showcase your hard work.

Competition Rounds

Round 1 – Online Screening

  • Teams submit a detailed PPT explaining problem statement, proposed solution, and technology stack.
  • Teams are also required to submit a short demo or idea explanation video.
  • Evaluation will be based on innovation, feasibility, impact, and clarity of presentation.

Round 2 – Final Offline Hackathon

  • Shortlisted teams will be invited to the Mohamed Sathak AJ College of Engineering campus.
  • Engage in 24 hours of intense live coding and development.
  • Benefit from mentorship support from industry experts and faculty.
  • Conclude with a final jury presentation and live project evaluation.

No, participation in ProjectX is completely free of charge!

Teams can consist of 2 to 4 members. Individual participation is not allowed.

Participants should bring their own laptops, chargers, and any other necessary hardware or software. Internet access will be provided.

Winners are selected based on innovation, technical implementation, feasibility, presentation quality, and impact of their solution, as judged by our expert panel.
